1. Overview

Advisari (“the Service”) is operated by Advisari (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

Advisari is a decision-support tool. It presents your question to multiple independent third-party large language models (LLMs), aggregates and organises their outputs into a structured deliberation (research, debate, synthesis, scorecard), and delivers the consolidated result to you.

3. Important Disclaimers — Please Read Carefully

3.1 We Do Not Generate the Responses

Advisari does not generate, author, or independently produce the advisory content shown to you. All substantive responses — research findings, advisor positions, debate arguments, and synthesised recommendations — are generated by third-party LLM providers (including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI). Advisari acts solely as an aggregation and orchestration layer: we structure the prompts, route them to the appropriate models, and present the results in an organised format.

3.2 Not Professional Advice

The Service does not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or any other form of regulated professional advice. The outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or biases inherent in the underlying models. You should always consult qualified professionals before making important decisions.

3.3 No Guarantee of Accuracy or Completeness

We make no warranty — express or implied — that any output produced via the Service is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI models can and do produce incorrect, misleading, or fabricated information (commonly known as “hallucinations”). You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.

3.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advisari, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service or any reliance on its outputs. This includes, without limitation, damages from decisions made, actions taken, or actions not taken based on information provided through the Service.

3.5 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The final decision is always yours.
• You will exercise your own independent judgement before acting on any output.
• You will not hold Advisari responsible for the outcomes of decisions influenced by the Service.
• You understand the inherent limitations of AI-generated content.

4. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and included usage are described on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Your Data & Privacy

When you submit a decision to the Service, the text of your question and any supporting attachments are sent to third-party LLM providers for processing. We do not sell your personal data. We retain decision data to provide the Service (e.g., your decision history) and may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the platform. Third-party model providers may process your inputs under their own terms and data-handling policies. By using the Service, you consent to your inputs being transmitted to these providers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the prompts, system instructions, or proprietary logic of the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.
• Intentionally submit content designed to produce harmful, abusive, or discriminatory outputs.
• Overload the Service or circumvent usage limits through automated means.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. The outputs generated for you are provided for your personal or internal business use. The Advisari name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account or by a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
